1. Leyenda Pass (Membership)
Leyenda Pass is a monthly membership program where users accumulate credit to purchase sports memorabilia.
a. Available plans:

• Leyenda Base: $1,500 MXN/month

• Legend Pro: $3,000 MXN/month

• Legend Ultra: $5,000 MXN/month

Payments are monthly, non-refundable, and non-cumulative in advance.
b. Credit accumulation:
Users accumulate credit month by month, without needing to choose a product from the start. Credit can be used upon reaching 85% or 100% of the value of a piece, depending on its age.
c. Product Redemption:

• Minimum value per piece: $15,000 MXN

• Only one active redemption is allowed at a time.

• 90% redemption after 3, 5, or 9 active months, depending on the plan.

• 85% redemption after 12 active months.

d. Plan Changes:

• You can upgrade your plan at any time (applies to the following month).

• Downgrades are not allowed.

e. Payments:

• Only one monthly payment is accepted per cycle.

• Double or early payments are not permitted.

f. Cancellation and Freezing:

• You can freeze your account for up to 30 days.

• If you don't pay for two months, you lose 50% of your credit.

• The remaining 50% is held for another 30 days (after which it is forfeited).

g. Remaining Balance:

• This is held as credit for future pieces.

• It is non-refundable and non-convertible to cash.

h. Early Access and Private Group:
All plans include access to an exclusive group where members can learn about and reserve products before their public release.
i. General:
Icons and Legends may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the program implies acceptance of any changes.

2. Products
All pieces are original and signed by athletes, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Images are illustrative. Signatures may vary slightly as they are handmade.

3. Certificates of Authenticity
Each product includes a certificate issued by a specialized third party. You can request additional information before purchasing.

4. Purchases and Payments
Purchases can be made through our online store using secure methods: credit card, bank transfer, Mercado Pago, PayPal, or Stripe. Prices are in Mexican pesos. Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

5. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery time and cost vary depending on location and product type. A tracking number will be provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier. The product always ships insured.

6. Returns and Cancellations
We do not accept returns or exchanges, as we work with unique and signed pieces. If your product arrived damaged, please report it within the first 48 hours with photographic evidence.

7. Promotions and Discounts
Promotions are active only during the indicated period. They cannot be combined or retroactive. Iconos y Leyendas may modify or cancel them without prior notice.

8. Protection of Personal Data
Your data is secure. We only use it to process payments, shipping, and provide you with service. It is not shared with third parties without your consent. See our privacy notice.

9. Copyright and Trademark
All content on the site is the property of Iconos y Leyendas. Reproduction in whole or in part without written permission is prohibited.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms when necessary. The current versions will be available in this section. By continuing to use the site, you accept these changes.
